AI-Powered Features

KetoFlow.ai incorporates proprietary artificial intelligence technology (referred to as "FlowBrain") that powers various features of our platform including KetoMaestro, KetoAgent, MetaShift, Food Scanner, Meal Plan Generator, and Backend Algorithm. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms specific to our AI technology:

User Content and AI Training

1. Content Rights: Any content you upload, create, or share on our platform (including but not limited to food photos, meal preferences, health metrics, and feedback) may be processed by our AI systems to provide personalized services.

2. AI Outputs: The content generated by our AI features (including meal plans, recipes, analyses, and recommendations) is provided for your personal use only. KetoFlow.ai retains all intellectual property rights to the AI-generated content and algorithms.

3. No Guarantee of Results: While our AI technology aims to provide helpful guidance for your keto journey, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, weight loss, or health improvements resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.

Acceptable Use

1. Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use our AI features to: Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or replicate our proprietary AI models
   Generate content that violates our community guidelines
   Automate requests or create excessive load on our systems
   Circumvent any limitations or restrictions on our services
   

2. User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before implementation. Our AI systems provide suggestions only, and you should exercise personal judgment before following any recommendations.

Service Limitations

1. Availability: We strive to maintain continuous availability of our AI features, but technical issues, maintenance, or other factors may cause temporary interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to AI features.

Content Moderation

FlowCoins and Points System Addendum

KetoFlow.ai Virtual Currency

KetoFlow.ai utilizes two types of virtual currency: Points and FlowCoins. These currencies enable users to access and enhance their experience across our platform's features.

Points System

Earning Points

1. Purchase Rewards: Users earn a minimum of 1 Point for every $1 spent on KetoFlow.ai subscriptions or services. Higher membership tiers may receive enhanced Points earning rates.

2. Referral Program: Users can earn Points by sharing their unique referral links with friends and family. Each successful referral can earn up to 100 Points per friend who registers and activates an account.

3. Special Promotions: KetoFlow.ai may occasionally offer additional ways to earn Points through special promotions, challenges, or limited-time offers.

Using Points

1. FlowCoins Purchases: Points can be redeemed to acquire FlowCoins packages or subscription tiers.

2. Limited Rewards: Points can be exchanged for special limited-edition rewards, which may include exclusive content, features, or merchandise.

3. Points Expiration: Unless otherwise specified, Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.

FlowCoins System

Purpose of FlowCoins

FlowCoins serve as the primary currency within the KetoFlow.ai ecosystem, powering access to premium features including KetoMaestro, KetoAgent, Food Scanner, MetaShift, and Meal Plan Generator.

Earning FlowCoins

1. Initial Grant: New users receive 15 FlowCoins upon account creation.

2. Daily Check-in Rewards: Users who maintain a 7-day consecutive check-in streak will receive 35 FlowCoins every 7 days.

3. Purchases: FlowCoins can be purchased in the following packages:Basic Package: 200 FlowCoins
   Premium Package: 450 FlowCoins
   Ultimate Package: 950 FlowCoins
   

4. Special Grants: KetoFlow.ai may occasionally grant FlowCoins through special promotions, system updates, or as rewards for user engagement.

FlowCoins Usage

1. Feature Access: Various AI-powered features require FlowCoins to operate. The specific FlowCoin cost for each feature or request is displayed within the application.

2. Non-Transferable: FlowCoins cannot be transferred between user accounts.

3. No Monetary Value: FlowCoins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

General Terms

1. Modification Rights: KetoFlow.ai reserves the right to modify the Points and FlowCoins systems, including earning rates, redemption values, and available rewards, at any time with reasonable notice to users.

2. Account Termination: Upon account termination, all accumulated Points and FlowCoins are forfeited and cannot be recovered.

3. Abuse Prevention: KetoFlow.ai maintains the right to adjust or remove Points or FlowCoins from accounts if they were obtained through fraudulent means, technical errors, or in violation of our terms.
