Keto Green Smoothie


- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop keto protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey


1. Place almond milk, spinach, avocado, coconut yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, and honey into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Ingredients

You can also add a handful of ice cubes for a thicker, creamier smoothie.
