Keto-Friendly Chicken Pizza

-1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
-1/4 cup pizza sauce
-1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
-1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
-1/4 cup diced red onion
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1 teaspoon garlic powder

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. In a small bowl, mix together pizza sauce, oregano, and garlic powder.
4. Spread the pizza sauce mixture over the parchment paper.
5. Sprinkle the chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheeses over the pizza sauce.
6. Top with the green bell pepper and red onion.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Cut into pieces and serve.


If you want to add some extra flavor, try adding some diced jalapenos or other vegetables of your choice.
