Keto Chocolate Mousse

- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar-free sweetener
- 2 tablespoons of sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar-free vanilla extract
1. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Once the butter is melted, add the cocoa powder and stir until combined.
3. Add the heavy cream and stir until combined.
4. Add the sugar-free sweetener and stir until combined.
5. Remove the pan from the heat and add the sugar-free chocolate chips, almond milk, and sugar-free vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
6. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
7. Serve chilled.


For a more indulgent mousse, top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of sugar-free chocolate chips.
