Keto Chocolate Ice Cream

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt until completely combined.
2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Once the ice cream is finished, transfer it to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.


For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of coconut oil to the mixture before freezing.
