Cream-Cheese Pancakes

Gluten-free, low-carb & nut-free they are guaranteed to up your ketogenic breakfast in style!


This will probably be the quickest, most simple pancakes you have ever made!


Ingredients - (cca. 4 pancakes)


  • 2 oz cream cheese

  • 2 medium eggs

  • 1 tsp granulated sugar substitute (We recommend Confectioners Swerve)

Optional

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 fresh strawberries






Preparation


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth.

  2. Let rest for 2 minutes, so the bubbles can settle.

  3. Pour 1/4 of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter.

  4. Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip, and cook 1 minute on the other side.

  5. Repeat with the rest of the batter.

  6. Serve with sugar-free syrup (or any syrup of your choice) and garnish with 2-3 strawberries.
