Chia Coconut Pudding

Mix together the ingredients the night before, put it in the fridge, and look forward to a special treat the next morning.

Another one on the list is crazy simple, easy & extremely fast to mix up! We will give you the base, but you can make anything with this, mix it up with dark chocolate or garnish it with berries!

Ingredients - (1 serving)

  • 40 grams chia seeds

  • 240 ml light or full-fat coconut milk, it's up to you!

  • 1/2 tablespoon Confectioners swerve or Stevia. (Or any other keto sugar substitute)


  • Dark Chocolate

  • Strawberries, blueberries...


  1. Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and confectioners swerve together in a small bowl or glass mason jar. Let it set in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Remove it from the fridge, and make sure your pudding looks thick and the chia seeds have gelled up. Top with dark chocolate, berries or/and nuts, and enjoy immediately.
